Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Build the Outer Box

  • Attach side panels to the bottom panel.
  • Fix the top panel in place.
  • Ensure all corners are square.

Step 2: Install Drawer Dividers

  • Add thin horizontal divider panels between drawer spaces.
  • Use equal spacing for smooth drawer alignment.

Step 3: Attach Back Panel

  • Glue and pin the back panel onto the rear of the cabinet.
  • This keeps the structure rigid and square.

Step 4: Assemble Drawers

  • Glue drawer sides to front and rear panels.
  • Slide in plywood bottom panel.
  • Sand edges lightly for smooth movement.

Step 5: Install Drawer Pulls

  • Mark centre points carefully.
  • Attach antique-style knobs or miniature handles.

Step 6: Sanding & Finish

  • Sand all surfaces smooth using fine grit sandpaper.
  • Apply clear varnish, wood stain, or paint.
  • Allow finish to dry completely before use.
